SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT AGENDA ITEMS AND KEY POINTS

Mayor Titus was absent.  Jester presided. 

    16 minutes start to finish.  Majority of the time was spent with the families of the newly sworn police officers taking pictures!

   2 new police officers sworn in. 

   First reading of an amended ordinance putting in a new purchasing policy.  Public hearing next meeting. 

  Also first reading of an ordinance for additional appropriations…for Riley Park Bridge replacement, property purchase south of Davis Rd. across from Brandywine Park, repairs on City Hall, and repaving parking lot.  Public hearing on all projects at next meeting.
