Under the umbrella of VOICES FOR CHANGE, this subcommittee exists to ensure transparency, accountability, and community awareness around local government actions. Members bridge the gap between public meetings and public understanding —keeping our community informed, engaged, and empowered.
A Great option for those at home that have a good WIFI and a computer!
Because the Indiana State Legislature moves so quickly, updates and calls to action will be shared primarily through the SIGNAL app.

VOICES FOR CHANGE is a platform for civic engagement and public awareness focused on what happens after the election. Our mission is to ensure that government officials are held accountable — regardless of party.
We empower community members to:
• Engage with local, county, and state government processes.
• Monitor & share what elected officials are doing in office.
• Promote transparency and strengthen trust in public institutions.
• Amplify voices that demand accountability and progress.
By shining a light on the work that follows Election Day, VOICES FOR CHANGE helps citizens understand the process, stay informed, and take the next step in civic participation.
Keep in mind when using this platform:
1. Keep to the topic and reason for the chat.
2. Maintain professionalism and respect for others.
3. Try not to just share links – not everyone has the same access to other platforms.
4. Try to keep to “polite” hours of 8am-9pm.
5. Know that protest and other outside activism events may show up here. Please reference our county party policy regarding attendance and our stance on outside organizations’ activities. Do your research and make your own decisions as needed.
