County-Wide Council Information
The following boards hold jursidiction over the entire county:
Hancock County Council (8:30 AM Second Wednesday
Hancock County Board of Commissioners
(first, third and fifth Tuesday 8 AM)
Hancock County Budget, Efficiency and Revenue Committee
and Regular Council (First Wednesday 8AM)
Meets with the Council and is responsible for budgeting
Redevelopment Commission (Second Thursday 8AM)
Approves plans for economic development projects. Partners with HEDC, a non-profit, non-governmental organization
