The following boards hold jursidiction over the entire county:
Hancock County Council (8:30 AM Second Wednesday)

December 30 (Joint meeting with commissioners 5 PM)
Hancock County Board of Commissioners
(first, third and fifth Tuesday 8 AM)
December 1 (Monday)
December 16
December 30 (Joint meeting with Council 5PM)
Hancock County Budget, Efficiency and Revenue Committee
and Regular Council (First Wednesday 8AM)
Meets with the Council and is responsible for budgeting
December 3
Redevelopment Commission (Second Thursday 8AM)
Approves plans for economic development projects. Partners with HEDC, a non-profit, non-governmental organization
December 11
Agenda available 1-2 days before the meeting. Also, use agenda center to access minutes post meeting (they are not very detailed).
