SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT AGENDA ITEMS AND KEY POINTS:

 Routine approval of ordinances related to the Healthway Park development.

Employee Benefits updates are being worked on behind the scenes.  Tabled until 8/5 meeting.

Town manager Jim Robinson led brief discussion of design elements of future Town Center.  Investigate ideas from other communities.

Public comment: citizens voiced concerns about speeding and golf carts on county roads.  Citizens were given non-emergency numbers to report so town law enforcement can intervene.  If the violations occur outside of town limits, town government not able to intervene.  This led to general discussion of annexation of the county roads that are adjacent to town limits.
