BACKGROUND:

Watched via live stream.  AV is terrible which severely restricted ability to hear.  

SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT AGENDA ITEMS AND KEY POINTS:

  1.  Approve resolution to authorization of r various bonds for the Hancock Health/Kroger development. 

  2. Radar speed monitoring sign purchase approved for use in town limits. 

  3. Lengthy discussion on changing meetings from bi-monthly to monthly.  Efficiency vs public access factors discussed with input from the public (which I could not hear well at all but believe public comment was in favor of keeping bi monthly).  No changes made for now and will review again in future. 

  4. Discussion of annexation of properties south of 52 on Gem Rd (500W) and Bitner Rd (450W).  Not sure what the purpose of annexation is (again due to poor audio).  Discussion of either annexation or waste water hook-up of Glad Acres addition due to aging septics systems.  Will involve collaboration with the county government.  

  5. Routine business: approval of minutes,
