SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT AGENDA ITEMS AND KEY POINTS:

Public Hearing 2027 Budget Meeting

·   Trustees salary increased to 45,000 per previous discussions.

·   Targeted 350,000 for supplemental LIT with the cost reaching 410,325 – there is some flexibilty in other funds

·   Contracts to help with relief will be coming out of the General Fund to free up some case. Note Note – per law if an eligible person asks for assistance, it must be given to them even if there is not any money in fund.

·   The 6% proposed increase in pay is really not a raise and the money will be deducted for increases in health insurance and pension funds.
