Question on status of Kroger in New Palestine

            Response: plans are still for ’27 or ’28 build.  Greenfield Kroger should not affect this location 

HEDC receives communications from county property owners who have an interest in selling to developers.  Recommends any property owners in NP area do the same.  HEDC will then provide that information to developers who contact them.

Wednesday's council meeting did not have any audio until half way through the meeting.  Furthermore, the quality of audio is consistently terrible.  Your voice is heard well but others are often inaudible.  I had previously informed a staff member (cannot recall the name).  Her response was that I should attend in person and that the town is not able to correct the problem.  I don't think this is an acceptable response.  I am usually unable to attend in person. I think the town needs to address this issue and meet the requirements of Indiana Code (5-14-1.5.2.9).  This statute has been in effect for over a year.
